Using
a high-tech process known in the fine art world as "Giclée", we
create fine art limited edition prints from our original painting. The
process begins with a digital high resolution scan of the original
painting. Special software programs are used to manipulate the
attributes of the digitized image, (i.e., color balance, contrast,
brightness, etc.) to achieve the artist's own desired requirements.
The new digitized image is then printed on archival papers with
colorfast archival pigment based inks with a high resolution printer.
Finally, each giclee is signed and numbered, and in most cases
a remarque is added by the artist.
Small giclees are printed on 8 1/2" x 11" archival paper and the image is (they vary slightly) 5" x 7".
FRAMED they measure (again with slight variation) 14" x 16". All frames are a basic black, hand cut and assembled with a white mat.
Medium giclees are printed on 13" x 19" archival paper and the image is generally 10" x 13".
FRAMED they measure (with some variation) 18" x 24". All frames are a basic black, hand cut and assembled with a white mat.
Large giclees are printed on 17" x 22" archival paper and the image is generally 14" x 18".
FRAMED they measure (with some variation) 23" x 27". All frames are a basic black, hand cut and assembled with a white mat. |
